Esther Porter bags are designed and handmade in England from meticulously-sourced materials.  Using the artisan techniques of hand cutting and machining that have otherwise been lost in the mass production line, each bag is a modern reworking of a classic bag design.

The TENT collection is made from tents leftover from summer music festivals.  TENT bags combine reclaimed tent fabric with British rubber-bonded cotton canvas for durability and water resistance. Equestrian-grade thick cotton webbing straps provides comfort, while British-cast nickel hardware is added for strength.  Bags are trimmed with natural vegetable-tanned leather.

Each TENT bag is made by Chapman Bags Ltd in their small factory in Cumbria, England.

Esther Porter bags are simply constructed, hand-crafted and designed for urban adventures.
