TENT by Esther Porter bags are made from the tents left behind at summer music festivals.  Each bag is designed in the East London studio and handmade by Chapman Bags Ltd in Cumbria, England, who have a long history of making traditional British canvas outdoor bags.  The tent fabric is combined with cotton twill bonded with rubber for sturdiness and waterproofing, thick cotton webbing and strong nickel hardware.  Each bag is a modern, rugged, utilitarian reworking of a classic bag shape.
